Today marks the anniversary of Obergefell v. Hodges, the landmark Supreme Court decision affirming the freedom to marry the person you love. We celebrate this historic victory and remain committed to defending LGBTQ+ rights and standing against extremist attacks on those freedoms. 🏳️‍🌈♥️

Rep. Correa & I led 86 colleagues to demand answers from DHS Sec. Mullin on why DACA recipients are facing major renewal delays—causing financial hardship, job loss, and even detention and removal. DACA recipients deserve protection & a pathway to citizenship, not to be failed by their government.

Trump is threatening the Iranian people with genocide on social media. He’s also asking for $1.5 trillion for the Pentagon. Congress must be clear and deliberate: pass a War Powers Resolution, oppose supplemental war funding, and explore options to keep this madman from getting us all killed.

Today SCOTUS has heard arguments in a case that could determine whether citizens born in the United States are lawful citizens. But the 14th Amendment is clear: birthright citizenship is a constitutional right. SCOTUS must uphold it!
