This beautiful 12 year old girl came into our life 11 years ago today. We only had 2.5 years with her but wouldn't trade those years for anything. Because of her, we've made many senior adoptions since. This is her first morning home. How blessed we were to know Kia.

I'm mourning the death of this innocent little guy & his entire community. They have lived peacefully in an empty lot near our home for 20+ years.This morning they were cruelly & inhumanely poisoned. I'm furious, sickened & terribly sad. May their little souls live on & thrive. #savewildlife

8 years ago today we brought this goofball home. What a ride! He's the gingerest ginger I've ever known. He is mischievous, funny, bossy, affectionate & we adore him. Some health bumps along the way & will be on meds the rest of his life but he takes 'em like a champ. Happy Gotchya' Day, Kukki. 🧡
With every visit the bond between my 10 year old granddaughter and my cat, Kukki, has grown stronger. After their recent visit her Mom texted me as they drove away. "She just burst into tears because she didn't want to leave Kukki." Not Mimi. Not Papa. Kukki. 🧡
