The Gotham Film & Media Institute announced today that award-winning actress Michelle Pfeiffer will receive the Legend Tribute for her culture-shaping contributions to film and television – including her starring roles in Apple TV’s acclaimed Margo’s Got Money Troubles from David E. Kelley and The Madison, Taylor Sheridan's record-breaking series for Paramount+ – at the Third Annual Gotham Television Awards, taking place live and in person on Monday, June 1st at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

The Gotham Television Awards Legend Tribute was created to honor television’s most beloved and influential performers. Last year’s inaugural Legend Tribute was presented to Parker Posey in recognition of her storied independent career and standout performance in The White Lotus.

oh my god now they're in dune. i completely forgot dana fox worked on the script, noooo wonder it was peak mediocrity. too bad nathan crowley's designs were slathered in so much cgi they looked terrible, i bet he's got some cool drawings. a marc platt production, it certainly was!

still images from the very end of wicked 2 when it looks like elphaba and fiyero are suddenly in the movie dune. they are walking across literal sand dunes in a shift in style and palette from the rest of the movie (save a brief appearance of this weird dune sandland around early act 2)
