Streets should be designed such that they are safe for everyone, regardless of whether they are in a car or not and certainly no matter what they are wearing.

For context, these are the photos taken on July 4th of members of the white supremacist group Patriot Front taking the DC Metro to a hate match in the nation’s capital. These bigots should have no place in our republic.
Transit is for everyone…except Neo-Nazis. They can walk back into the dustbin of history.

Just because YOU need a car to move it, doesn’t mean everyone else does too. The beauty of our goal of transportation freedom is that it allows people to use the mode of transportation which best fits their needs and preferences, rather than forcing everyone to drive by default.

Let’s legalize the kinds of mixing of residential and commercial land uses which make neighborhoods charming, comfortable, and give them a sense of character and place.
