Much to my dismay, Murph (all in 20 lb vest - mile run (7:15), 100/200/300 pull ups (had to scale these to jumping pull-ups - normal ones next year), push ups, air squats, mile run (8:00)) didn’t get easier or shorter by having to put it off a week. Oof
