July’s #BlindDrams was hosted by our pal Jim Allan and he served us 5 wonderful Bunnahabhain drams in a tribute to his wife Gail ❤️. It was fantastic 🥃. Re-ordered the drams to match the photo - we started on rum then PX on the night. ✍🏻 My notes 🧵

Tried 3 Royal Brackla samples from Uisge Mòr - a new Indy - 11yo refill sherry, one as it comes, one in white port, one in rum. Similar distillery character to all three - white port maybe edged it. Also a 5y Bunnahabhain Saoisha, an honest young & lively bourbon cask, my favourite of the four 🧵

Had the opportunity to try some (very) small samples of a bunch of recent releases from @bravenewspirits (helping Abi with her homework 😝). My favourites were the Inchgower 14 and the Dailuaine 15, maybe the Cameronbridge in 3rd. Top drams 🥃👌🏻🏴 🧵
