It is SO boring hearing from the half-wits who bleat on about 'arson' as the cause of the wildfires ravaging Europe (and elsewhere). That's not the point. The point is that climate change is creating the conditions for more, and more intense wildfires.

This is important. The times when low carbon output meets demand is growing rapidly. Note that gas is still being used to firm the grid, but NESO will have a period this year when it switches off fossil fuels entirely. NB I don't count biomass as low carbon, but NESO does.
