As I've started a special diet ahead of a Sunday laxatives and a Monday fast and colonoscopy (which I'll be fully doped up for) I might be out of action a wee bit over the next few days I'm putting this out early.
Dunno what that is but mine is the butt camera (colonoscopy) under an intravenous anaesthetic which includes fentanyl. I also have to be on laxatives and fasting 24 hrs before. The diet is kind of weird and excludes some of the usual healthy stuff. Also have to be looked after for 24 hrs.
I've gone for a newbie meal - chicken and tenderstem broccoli. Though a bit stingy on the broccoli bit
Probably the quietist I've seen this Wetherspoons in the PM (they've all gone outside as it's gone all summery outside again- 19 degrees C). The heat is not for me though.
