This little moth was trying to find shelter from the rain. It picked a rather good looking umbrella.

Attended a Royals/Rangers series in 2016 in Arlington. The “old” stadium was nice and I didn’t overheat even if it was 95°+. Also, was like 20 feet away from Cheslor Cuthbert embarrassingly whiffing on a pop up to third. Good times.

Most of the orioles have moved on and the jelly I put out has gone mostly uneaten. However, woke up to some new critter feasting on what was left behind.

Planted this peony a couple years ago. First year that it has opened. Startled me with the colors when I first saw it this evening.

Safe to say the mint-scented critter repellent didn’t work.
