Went to get my 14yo for dinner and was treated to a still from the hit new AppleTV show Neuromancer. Really should find a skin for that thing.
I dispatched for AAA for a bit during my "what the fuck do I do with myself after the PD" years. These things were fucking magical. Personal MapQuest, custom made, comb bound, with highlighted gas/food, points of interest, etc.
#425/999 from the Legacy ARG. Still use my ENCOM lanyard for my work badge too.
Snap build of the PGU Nu is (mostly) complete. Still have fun funnels and the bazooka but now it's time to plan paint. Everything comes apart fairly easily and the build is already broken down into subassemblies so shouldn't be too much trouble. Mainly want the injection silver to be silver.
Bandai getting in on the Sony dunking. That said I did really enjoy both LDD and Stud.io so a digital gunpla kit building game would not be unwelcome. TBH software that would let you do a custom paintjob on a 3D kit would be fucking awesome.
Two days on and off and the Full Armor Double-Zeta decals are done. Been enjoying the extra chonky suits lately.
Decals is a whole-of-desk activity sometimes. The build backlog is sitting at I believe 6-1/2. The decal backlog is over a dozen and that's not including the unbuilt kits. Really looking forward to finishing up Hathaway's Xi. I hate it (and Penelope) in pictures but they're so cool in person.

We had our driveway demoed and repoured 14 years ago. Seeing the pictures of a construction equipment obsessed almost 5yo pop up on my FB feed the last couple days has been fun.
After building two other 1/144->1/100 upscales I shouldn't be surprised when they have 1/144 scale levels of poseability, but here we are. Sazabi shouldn't be able to pose like an Aerial or a SEED kit. Sazabi, you're not GqX. Go home, you're drunk.
A 1/100 scale Sazabi that can hold an action base pose is some kind of engineering miracle. There isn't even an action base connector on the Sazabi Ver Ka; the thing weighs over half a kilogram.
And we have functional shoulders with #4. Have a _final_forreal.stl on the printer right now that has some smoothed out geometry, a larger rotation stop so the shoulders can't droop, and the tiny pegs that poke through the end of each joint.
#1 was pretty close tbh, the upper peg wasn't wide enough but the bottom was spot on.
Somewhat more complex geometry on this one, but we're getting there. #3 is on the printer right now, and should have both the peg diameters correct, the shoulder rotation stop kinda there, and binding areas removed. It's the middle part in a 3-part shoulder. 2 axes plus the chest/arm attachments
There's only one orange braincell, he just hasn't had his turn with it yet. Oranges are the best. He used to play fetch by himself by knocking a foam ball down the steps, chasing it, then bringing it back up to knock it down again. Miss him, he was the best.
I usually panel line on the runner with Tamiya and haven't had any ABS related panel lining fails, at least that I'm aware of. Lost a piece for my HG Xi and had to measure/print a replacement. Frustrating as all getout and I tore my build/paint stations apart before I even remembered the printer.
Titanium Alloy on the frame looks great. There's a painted part in the head that you can see it peeking out at the back of the cockpit. Should give that effect to the whole kit. Dunno when I'll have time to work on it, have a lot of work to catch up on after vacay.
