Section 3.2 of H958 opens the door for mass challenges of ballots for three days AFTER Election Day. It could make North Carolina the leader in attacks on lawfully cast ballots by allowing election deniers to coordinate mass challenges to ballots after vote counting has started.

The state auditor’s meddling in local early voting planning came to Pasquotank County today – the GOP elections board chair admitted “recommendations” from the auditor’s staff ahead of his decision to drop Sunday voting and cut the county’s popular site on Elizabeth City State University's campus.
