I have hit 40 miles so far today. I stopped by home to drop off the goods from the farmer's markets this morning & I have fueled-up for the last 10 miles, which will take me into the saintly city of Saint Paul.

Three slices of sourdough bread, each topped with mayo, a slice of tomato & hot crispy oil.

Ok - I had to stop at Villagefest since it was on my way. The waterslide was tempting, but I needed to get my veggies home. Onward! (40mi - 10 more to go)

The group has made it to the last market - Midtown! There's veggies galore and someone is singing karaoke 🥳🎉 I am at 31 mi, and I need to drop off my goods back at home in order to get ready for the evening event. That should put me close to 40ish mi - a solid way to start the evening. More to come

I have a rare autoimmune disease that can leave me unable to walk or breathe for days or weeks at a time. I am still able to get out in my community and enjoy the outdoors because of a class 2 ebike with a throttle. These are freedom machines.
