We’ve recently received a lot of feedback from residents about parking. Many neighbourhoods have 'first come, first served' communal parking. We know that this can mean people have difficulty finding spaces close to home, and sometimes cars may even be parked in a way that blocks access. (1/3)

This week we held an in-depth conversation about service charges with residents at Yew Tree Court. Managers from relevant areas joined to answer questions which helped clarify things about the services provided. If you want to host something similar on your scheme, get in touch!

Over the summer, our Community and Tenant Involvement team spent time door knocking - encouraging more residents to get involved in tenant engagement projects. They had some great conversations and successfully got 10 residents onboard!
