Readwise is one of my favorite apps. I import my Kindle highlights and import popular highlights from my favorite book. Manually add too. Then, I can chat with it. I'm exhausted at the end of the school year, so today: "What do my books say about recovery and rest after exhaustion?" Some truth here!
Making others more useful and happy! It is good to reflect on this quote from the remarkable educator and human being, Booker T. Washington, as we consider and reflect upon a school year well lived. Every school year has challenges but this is what we are about, teachers. Stop. Reflect. Breathe.
Involving parents and the community is an important part of having a GREAT SCHOOL. As we head towards summer, perhaps there can be some times to schedule meetings with parents and community leaders to spark up this conversation to prepare for the fall!
