#smaugust day 3: Swan I am absolutely in love with these colours! #art #digitalart #dragon

A drawing of mute swan laying down in the grass in front of some weeping willows. Though, on closer inspection, there is smoke rising from its nostrils, a set of front legs with sharp claws lay folded in front of its chest, those same sharp claws can be found on its wings, and a long fluffy tail moves in a relaxed manner behind it. The sky is a soft gradient of coral pink to a pale orange, the sunset bathing the whole scene in a warm light.

I filmed this like 10 minutes before the rain hit. We did luck out and mostly just got a lightshow and rain. Further north got it much worse with hail and windgusts from what I could read

Spent the day drawing with grandma yesterday. She started a new mandala, I drew some random creatures. We also folded some origami and I cooked pasta. It was nice c: Featuring Pluis the cat

A sketchbook page with fantasy creatures. Some are just sketches, others are fully coloured. Coloured are a long thin dragon in yellow and teal, a little girl with a big aminata mushroom hat, 3 little blue orbs with fairy wings.

Henriëtte Ronner-Knip, active from 1835 till 1909, most well known for depicting farm animals, dogs, and house cats especially. Considered the most popular female Dutch artist of the 19th century, her most well known works are from the 1890s and the turn of the century.

Kinda funny to me how I ended with a bootleg basic colour range with my personal picks for half of them. But that set of 5 earthy colours is very delicious I picked those well

I saved the sketch from that Bulbasaur painting I did a little while ago and used it practise lining. I like all of these, but the ball point, dry brush pen and dirt dart are my favourites of the bunch

I met this icon today

A photo of a small ivory figure on display in a museum. It's an anatomical depiction of a pregnant woman on a bed. The chest and pregnant belly are lifted up, alongside one of the lungs, showing off the inner organs. The figure's left arm is lifted up to its face.
The figure closely resembles the one featured in Guillermo Del Toro's film Frankenstein.
