And because I brought up Namco Museum Encore, here something else I made; boxart of a hypothetical NTSC-U release. This replaces Rompers with Pac & Pal, as I feel like Rompers isn't significant enough to stay, unlike the other games included.
Pac & Pal never got a PS1 port, and honestly, Encore would've been the perfect opportunity. This is what it would've looked like if it did get a PS1 port. (maze by BigHungryMode)

An old mockup I made of the Melange (BREW emulator) main menu with games that were never released for BREW.
Ms. Pac-Man on Master System if it didn't fucking suck- I mean, uh, if it resembled the 16-bit versions.
The only caveat is that the eyebrows MUST be attached to the eyes, because having them separate would be a choking hazard for sure. It's a small price to pay, though.
That's what they did with the current-gen mainline noses, which, for the record, are the exact same size as these hypothetical separate eyes, (and I'm speaking from experience; I've compared them to my custom) so they have no excuse at this point.
And hey, if they're seriously that worried about the separate eyes being a choking hazard, there's an easy fix for that: make the pegs long enough for that to not be an issue.
Also, for the love of God and all that is holy, DO NOT GIVE THEM PANTS TO SEPARATE THE SHOES. THAT WILL CREATE A GLARING INACCURACY. PUT THE SHOE HOLES IN THE BODY ITSELF.
