Awesome surprise in the post yesterday: Echoes of the Veil by @reverierebels.bsky.social Been looking forward to this one for ages since it's early days as a CBR+PNK hack. Now its own thing entirely, a short campaign game about taking down corporate power in a weird magic/cyberpunk world.

Yes, but not in the way discussed.

"Safety tools" reveal who lacks the minimal intelligence required to play a role playing game: It's a roleplaying game, it is literally not real. Any healthy minded person should be capable of understanding this hypothetical situation. Only extremely dumb people fail at this and will take everything literally. You playing a violent orc means you are a violent person, because youre not roleplaying, youre literally just your character in their eyes. Likewise, they themselves do not roleplay either, they can only act precisely as how they personally would in all situations.

Hello. My channel is absolutely not a great fit. It looks like you've spammed DTRPG with nearly 100 titles so far this year and it's clear very little of this is your own work (including this message). You've actively made the hobby worse by swamping titles that people put actual love and effort into. I wouldn't touch any product of yours, and many other critics, conventions and retailers have the same policy regarding genAI. If you have any respect for this hobby and the creatives who work within it, rethink your approach, take down all that AI slop, refund the people who bought it, and start from scratch. Learn to make things that people will enjoy, then contact me again.

This is so bonkers. If you tag a project as NSFW itch, people from the UK can view the project, but it blocks your entire (nonNSFW) profile for UK viewers. Here's a very mildly spicy supplement from @soloistventure.bsky.social vs their profile page. Hope folks are aware of this before tagging.
