Look what I found this morning! The bloom is huge! It's a Peruvian Apple Cactus. The bloom lasts one night, then, if pollinated, turns into an apple sized fruit that's similar to dragon fruit in texture and taste. #CactusFlower #DesertGardening #Flowers #HappySaturday
