He said ppl who aren't poor engage online under the guise of being poor, bc they think it's socially desirable to be / identify publicly as poor. He is confident those people claim a grievance that they aren't entitled to. In this case, not for money, but for popularity. what's the difference?

I would simply replace the government services with their own independent funding
