I said it once I'll say it again: there's a great sparsely - seasonally - populated region of the US that is near the ocean. Slap a desalination plant up there and the rich can have all the data centers their portfolios can handle at the cost of their summer homes.
My dad just retired, and his last 10 years of understudies looked at him like he could read Runes because he hand drew everything and had a CAD coworker digitize it all. The old ways a dying. Programming is flattening the world.
