Another quick overnight in the Olympics; saw 1 deer, 2 marmots, 2 bears, and zero people once I got over the pass

Finally hit the wall after a 13+ mile hike w/ 5.6k feet of elevation gain, playing in the yard, and a short neighborhood walk
Got myself an electronic shruti; all analog, 3 oscillators. Not nearly as cool as the ones with rhythm functions, but still very nice for droning
The new day hike guides from The Mountaineers look fantastic; the color pics and maps are such a huge upgrade.
Got as far as the bench on Ellinor's summer route which is exactly as far as I intended to go
Trillium report for Monday, February 16. Last year's first blossom happened on the 20th, not sure we'll hit that this week.
