Well, after a *less than pleasant* blood pressure reading the other day, and realizing that I've been a bit too sedate, decided to try to do something about it! I'm either going to do 1 hour or 6 miles on the treadmill (while it's bitterly cold...), alternating between a walk day and a run day.

Wife's tights ripped, and so I went out and replaced them. She was wearing them for the second time, and kept on celebrating how they felt. I had to give them a try!
