Not sure who needs to hear this...but my Acromyrmex versicolor colonies seem to REALLY enjoy freshly trimmed material from my Dwarf Jade plant. Pretty surprising considering they usually prefer dried flower petals to anything else. They really go to town on this stuff. #ants #leafcutters

The most difficult parts were securing the appointment and then arranging the trip to actually go to the appointment since I don't live in Houston. I had to fly in from Brownsville, so I just booked a hotel and made a relaxing weekend out of it. It was worth the effort though! 🎉
