Don't sweat it, it's not something big or anything, just nolifing as I often do with not much of expectation of anybody coming. And it's fine if nobody does! I do it a lot while I'm ready being somewhat social. It was my cap effort for more than half of these hours - staring at the world alone xD

Also tried a bit of lineless approach and messy random texturing by hand, and yeah, just look how the colors make it really pop! Feathers though are a bit hard to texture right before making sure every feather is in it's place, so texturing everything is a hell of a job, but is a good practice tho!

And for the sake of it, just the lines for the Seikret. It is much more lively in basic color and shading by a large margin and that actually makes me a little sad I threw most of my skill points into sketching and lines over the years. I have a lot of catching up to do if I ever get to learn it.

Last evening I was doing another study, drew a Seikret head en-face, calling it. Today's was draw the whole heckin' owl time and, while at it, threw some color picked lazy slap for once in 10000 years for practice. I usually avoid colors and lightning but it wasn't that bad as I thought it would be!

Yes, exactly! It just tickles all the right strings for the ideal bird-wyvern to be, and the animation system makes it sooo realistic and badass! Sometimes I will launch the game just to run around and set timescale to 0.001 to enjoy the animations in stop motion. It's really something else!

It's important to mention that it was referenced directly from in-game with the default pose seen on seikret customization screen. You can remove the saddle there, and with REframework mod it's possible to move the camera around freely. I took *some* artistic liberties - not as much one would think.

Hahaha I wish! There are monster player mods for World though. Here modders even replaced the artifact Alma holds dear - to the egg. It's incredibly adorable to see her tend to it from time to time.

Well, I had to do it at some point. Behold, the Seikret! The iconic mount from MH:Wilds in all it's fluffy chicken glory. Sudden urge to study has occurred and I couldn't resist. It's disgusting how much fun I had. It is the ideal creature - part bird, dragon AND dino, with wings and can drift! #art

Another fine specimen, this time Iphiclides podalirius, or Scarce swallowtail (Подалирий) sitting in the ditch of the sidewalk. Was nice of them to not flutter away while I was taking pictures.

This warm and fluffy #gryphon would like to remind you to stretch! An interesting twist of snowy owl and snow leopard (to the lesser degree), good opportunity to understand ventral side of the wing better but exclude complicated patterns. Don't count the feathers, number is completely made up :P
