17 years ago there’s an episode of American Dad where they tell Roger to stop being a huge bitch and turns out if he doesn’t let out his bitchiness it turns to bile and poisons him and ever since research came out showing that self-silencing causes auto immune disorders it has become my fav episode.
Life has been really tough lately and I’ve been stumbling quite a bit. But then I remember I have her. And that reminds me that I need to keep goin’.
I need to stop being so hard on myself, I’ve very been steadily losing weight for ten months now and I’ve got the data to prove it. Opened this up today and realized oh I’ve averaged losing half a pound a week for ten months now. Gotta keep this up. (Telling me I’m a good boy helps jsyk)
