I thought the probability of someone wanting me to make them one of these would be zero but I was wrong.
If any of you are going to the Edinburgh Fringe the weekend of the 15th/16th, I’m going to be singing on the Ross Bandstand, with Winchester A Capella, on the Sunday at 2.00. Others that have sung here include Madness, Blondie, Texas and Rag N Bone Man. I cannot believe that I’m doing this!
The best thing about social media is the clever people who come up with things like this.
Last day in Eastbourne and my sister and I visited the lifeboat station. My grandfather and his brothers all served on the lifeboat for many years. His brother, Mike Hardy, (featured in the photo) was coxswain for over 36 years. This is obviously why I spend so much time at sea; it’s in my blood.
In Eastbourne for a few days. I was born here and here I am in the same spot 67 years apart.

I went out delivering leaflets for my sons’ business and I fell over! They feel slightly guilty but, to be fair, it’s not their fault that pretty much all the pavements are uneven.
I must not buy more wool, I must not buy more wool, I must not buy more ….. enters charity shops, oh look, 50 balls for £31, I’ll have that! There is no hope for me. 🤷♀️
I’m not very good at keeping plants alive so I’ve crocheted one that not even I can kill.
Pop in to see my sons and granddaughter, give her the witch I’ve made to help her with her performance in Macbeth next week, use their rowing machine, watch some rugby and do some crochet. The jury’s out on whether I can be bothered to go out tonight.
