Trying a firm SquishPillow for the head pillow in tonight's EDS sleep setup. Will report back how well it works for sleeping with craniocervical instability, 4+ types of headaches, nerve pain, etc. 😌

Darcy's EDS sleep setup aka her bed with 4 standard size pillows arranged in a square formation on the bed. The pillow at the head of the bed has a black satin sleep mask resting on it. I had my MRIs yesterday 😌 and I scheduled my nerve conduction study and I even made an apple crisp. I learned a trigemenal nerve glide and it helps a tiny bit. I wanna stream this week, I'm gonna attempt it tomorrow if my pain isn't blinding :)
