of course these are the arguments against. "cheapening of the gift of sexuality" says someone who has never experienced the radiant joy of being the demonstration spankee at the queer sex dungeon.

went a little wild at Butcher Cabin Books today

Six books and a magnet on a gray background. Books are: Head Off & Split by Nikky Finney; Killer On The Road by Stephen Graham Jones; Even The Worm Will Turn by Hailey Piper (i was thrilled to get a copy since i think theyre out of print? i only have the audiobooks for the Worm series); The Between by Tananarive Due (which i also previously only had the audiobook of); Dark Tales (Penguin Classic edition) by Shirley Jackson; and Good Boy by Neil McRobert.

just so folks know: someone's using AI to pretend to be high level editors who will highlight your story, for a fee of course. here's the text of the scam email i got. gmail domain. seems like an evolution or other version of the book club scam that's been going around. but waow! im included!
