we understand wanting a story, but pokémon champions is a free pokémon battle game built specifically for competitive play which has never pretended to be anything else. this isn't a mainline game and was never going to have an open world or a story mode.

while people have mostly been just, like, passively liking this, some people got really upset with this. like, we like pokémon champions, we even defend it from some of the criticisms, but mega floette being a pay to win pokémon is just objectively a bad thing.

we updated our style. a fairy type shirt because we're a fairy, a ground type jacket because the element of earth is something we're closely aligned with, dark type pants because we like being tricky, and ghost type shoes because we like ghosts.

why does our distinctly coloradan dialect (even according to this map) sound so much like a town on the kansas-missouri border we've never heard of? we took this test twice to try and get it to stop cutting off parts of the us and these three cities were the result both times.

Genuinely one of our favorite parts of Otherside Picnic is Sorawo's academic distinction between urban legends and "true ghost stories" and, like, every time Sorawo gets to infodump about true ghost stories, one of the things she loves most in the world.
