Apparently GoCar / Europcar don't have a way to lodge a complaint when their users try to drive oncoming cars off the road.

Happy news, the modular housing I am planning for the back garden (pictured) is exempt from Irish planning laws so I don't see how anyone can complain that the government isn't doing something about the housing crisis.
