#PacifiCorp is a wholly-owned subsidiary of #BerkshireHathaway Energy (BHE), so its CEO is employed and compensated by the parent company. This arrangement limits the granular executive pay disclosure you’d see at a publicly traded company. Enough! Power should be 100% public.
