As of right now here’s the current list for characters here sans Splinter

We're working on a way to switch between our styles easier with something called "mirage mode" where it swaps from the more early toriyama to 2000s imaishi, the left image was trying to make their mirage modes reference a different iteration of the turtles, right is more updated

While we don't have final designs for Splinter and Shredder before Modern day, we do have ideas they were gang members in Japan before taking their paths in Ninjitsu, stuff like Otokojuku and Cromartie High School Personally I wanna inject Edajima into Splinter personality wise

We also wanted to make sure their belts felt unique. Leo has a two toned rope and knot, Raph a Stump Wrestling federation belt he made, Donnie a fanny pack and suspenders for future gadgets, and Mikey's belt is a modified seatbelt. Donnie has a moded 3ds called the Dual Shell

Beans used Squirtle as a base since we went for a more early Toriyama aesthetic for the turtles, giving them cute beaks while Raph has more of a Wartortle beak with the teeth, making it one instead of two like Raph in Rise

This was the original sketch line I did for the brothers, though Beans took Mikey and refined him. We wanted to make sure the Turtles felt unique but not too drastic, its kind of a fine balance do so in TMNT as a whole. Donnie especially I didn't wanna make him just "the nerd"

So in terms of designs, Beans made the final designs of Leo (who I used as a base for Raph and Donnie and Beans based off of for Mikey), April and Splinter April and the turtles Especially went through a ton of designs, Splinter was a one shot design though beyond his happi coat

Now i'm finally posting this stuff Me and @beanzaru.bsky.social have worked on our own fun TMNT concept and finally got the boys, April and splinter down. I'll ramble some below

Working on it being available as both a vertical/panel by panel on webtoons and traditional pages elsewhere But it'll be uploaded to the patreon first, then a week later. This is gonna be meant to be a funnel more to my original works while also giving y'all something cute

Working on a new series for Ben and Frankie kinda solve an issue of consistant content cause I don't always have ideas to do stuff like Daisy Eternal or Spidey, nor do I want those to be my crutches when I want my originals to shine. Gonna be about their daily lives post UIR
