WRONG THERE IS NO SETTING FOR THIS. The only way to enable to the on-screen keyboard when there is no keyboard attached is with a fucking KEYBOARD SHORTCUT. What the actual fuck #Microsoft
Thankfully, it's only 1900 coins on it's own. There is a ~$100 bundle but it has 8 skins and a bunch of voice lines, sprays, etc. Though I fully expect half of these skins (the older ones) to show up in loot boxes. I've already got a few of the cosmetics that way.
