💔💔💔 Mr. Calvin reminds me of my Jasper who I had to let go the Friday before Labor Day last year...Adopted him from a local rescue when he was guessed to be about five. Had six years to the day before I had to say goodbye...😭😭😭

Had to say goodbye to my lovely boy on Friday...six years to the day that I adopted him. 💔💔💔💔. He'd spent a year waiting for someone to come along...Jasper was the goodest boy and losing him hurts so much sometimes I can't breathe. #adoptdontshop

Amongst all the other scrap going on, today I pause to remember Bruizer, a rescue pup who I had to rescue from my mother when she became unable to care for him any more. I had to let him go six years ago today and my heart is still broken. 💔💔💔
