The single worst stock nose dive I've seen since July 2024-August 2024 where my portfolio lost 9%. That was a 5 yr record. February 14 2025 to now down 8+%. The above was 1 month period so we are on track to not only match that but exceed it in 3 weeks. Thanks DJ. You did that. Indeed you did. 😭🤦‍♂️😒

Above is the 1 year look at the VIX. That big bump in the middle just below the 1Y filter was Aug 2024 and like I said I noticed that. It was quick and fast but we also settled fast. There was a smaller bump in Dec 2024. Again I saw that. While the VIX hasn't reflected it my portfolio is trending.

The only thing making money is a select few food manufacturers and credit card lenders. The rest of every other sector is peeling off and doing so fast. The VIX went over 21 today speaking to this high volatility.

It looked like the NY Knicks could have had a great game in the 1st half. Payne put up career points. Bridges had his outside 3pt going. Brunson was on point. Then reality set in. Nobody could hit anything and in the end it wasn't what it could have been. That 1st half though- that was something. 🏀🗽
