5 hours and 9 minutes. Lots of little interruptions, plus waking up at 5.30 and not being able to settle down again. Still not great. I have a sneaking suspicion it may be hormonal imbalance. Fortunately got a blood test scheduled for a few weeks time to check.

So today I learned that my previous cat was named after one of the cats in Disney’s Aristocats, with a slightly different spelling. The name was my sister’s idea, and I can see why she thought of it!
