I love supreme court justices. The more the better. Congress could go back to 1 justice per fed. district, split the vast 5th, 8th, 9th and 10th circuits in enough pieces to make a 25-member court. AND make them ride circuit for half their time - which would quickly get rid of octuagenarians.
