This framing that "Democrats still haven't won back the Latino vote" is either ignorant or dishonest. Even if undecideds break 2:1 for the GOP, Dems are at 60% of Latinos. Split them 50/50, they're at 63%. And if Dems win undecideds 2:1, they're at 66%. And the opposition usually wins undecideds.
