Then made the barrel: auto lathe for the shape, CNC for holes + sides, finished on a manual lathe with a chamfer.
Drilled 2 holes through brass + aluminum for alignment, made the keychain hole and trench, flipped it, then did the other side using the same alignment, did wire edm and done, ive got two keys
Look the lock i made!!! Full brass, still working on the pins, work of precision
Working on a protogen, made some revision and tweaks that will be available on Etsy as soon as its tested and ready
1.5mm thick walls, optimised for 3D printing, gonna print the new one for my test, im still stuck on the 6dof part but at least this version is way more compact and a tad lighter

DIY Protogen electric vaccum former, this bad boy will light 6x1kw 60cm long infrared light, alternating one row after the other on a dual SSR control, dual heat sensor just in case and a big chunk of alluminum to cool down OwO
