I will never forgive the dismantling of federal grant funding for girls & women! The program I co-run for middle school girls is on life support after #NIH funding cuts to #science, #math, & #health! Today’s closing survey responses differ SO MUCH from where they started. 😭 I’m devastated. 💔

Became an ugly person this week… a few months ago my orange theory closed and the other one is absurdly far in Metro Atlanta traffic so I hadn’t been doing weights much. I am here to tell you starting over after losing 100lbs and only doing yoga for 6 months = WEAK. but hey.
