Honestly, I'd love this one to be required reading in my country's Ministry of Education - and for the journalists covering that portfolio.
That would definitely be a powerful extraplanar artifact in my Sunday morning campaign. And would provide serious bonuses to my character's Earworm spell when trying to affect multiple targets.
