Time for the first adventure of Bob the Bag Bear. Where will today take him? Probably a coffee shop... not much of a debut adventure.
Happy to announce I have piece in the new horror anthology, Stories to Take to Your Grave: High Seas (Volume 3). My story is Suiko, a disturbing tale of World War Two. a.co/d/06dsUBSY
First bell pepper of the summer. More to come... if the vast number of blossoms are any indication.
Abbott, one of my pepper plants, has a cool little mutation, two leaves that failed to seperate.
My garden - from left to right... basil, mint, Isabella (jalapeno), two green pepper plants (Abbott and Costello), and a pot of dandelions.
Travel Monkey saying goodbye to Vegas. He leaves with marginally more money than he arrived with... but what's priceless are the friendships he made. At least, that's what he tells himself. God's speed, TM.
Travel Monkey finds the Loco Moco at the Coffee Cup in Boulder to be filling and tasty. High praise from TM.
Travel Monkey at Hoover Dam. He is moderately impressed. But that's just how he is. #travelsky
The Willis Tower does not intimidate Travel Monkey. Only the dread feeling of creeping mortality intimidates Travel Monkey.
Rolling through a massive windfarm in Indiana. I find wind turbines to be very soothing to watch. And, of course, a key part of our Green energy infrastructure.
My companion, Travel Monkey, appreciates breakfast. TM thinks it's the best meal of the day. So far, found the food on Amtrak to be fine and the cafe car staff to be very pleasant. In fact, I find Amtrak workers to be generally good with passengers. #travelsky (still trying to make this a thing)
