One of the about 5 or 6 crow pals that no longer flies away when I open the door.
This one no longer flies away when I open the door. This morning, it was on the fence, and as I threw seeds it kept hoping closer and closer each time I turned around to grab a different container. I’m going to have to come up with a suitable name.
In January I only managed to read 2.5 of my physical library. (Gawain is the .5) I had lofty plans to read a lot more, but hadn’t factored in how many people would get through the audiobooksI had on hold, and have been marathoning through those (26 + the 1 current read) #ReadingGoals2026

It’s not much, but it’s part of what I call home now. The lawn is full of clover. I hope there are honey bees around to take advantage.
I think it’s telling me that I’m the kind of person who tries, but fails miserably at being the voice of reason for loved ones.
