The #DSMZCellDive tissue and disease terminology has been manually curated and updated. Cell lines can now also be selected by tissues besides tumors or single cell lines, in order to plot gene expression 🧬🖥️. 👉 celldive.dsmz.de/tissues
📢 New #DSMZCellDive release 2026.03 #DSMZCellDive now includes metabolic pathways from #BRENDA 🧪 associated with human enzyme encoding genes. To visualize expression in specific cell lines, genes can now be selected by pathway. 👉 celldive.dsmz.de/pathways

📣 New #DSMZCellDive Release! CellDive now contains RNA-seq data 🧬🖥️ for retinomablastoma and neuroblastoma cell lines and shows the cell lines with highest expression 📈 for each gene. Genes are now also linked to @brenda-enzymes.bsky.social 🧪 data. 👉 celldive.dsmz.de
