Allegheny County DA Stephen Zappala is throwing a hail mary to SCOPA and asking for 120 more days.

This is a screenshot of the docket in Commonwealth v. Lee. The last entry in the docket reads July 23, 2026 Petition for Extension of Stay. It says the Commonwealth filed it, which in this case means the DA for the convicting county.
