The weight and pressure the wolverine is pushing into and onto the doberman has caused the bed they're on to have deep depressions where knees and hands rest. The wolverine's aggressive expression contrasts with the open-mouth panting and squinted eyes of the doberman. Wolverine is Caliber (owner: DTWGulo) and Doberman is Hector (owner: Nemera).

People really did go and emphasize the tusks to make them more bestial, I guess? Interestingly according to DnD, they're goblins. Originally from the feywild, bugbears are quite literally the monsters under the bed. Stealthy, can squeeze into small space, murderous. Goblin, Hobgoblin, bugbear.
