As I see it, the diagram of the gears seems to be suggesting that when we try to combine curriculum, leadership, and professional learning communities, then the gears won't work and the system comes to a standstill. Can we just fix the image please?

Today I watched humanity at its finest. High school special education classes had their annual basketball “tournament” at Buhach. The stands were filled with typical students joyfully supporting ALL the teams. Everyone danced between quarters. The kids are alright. #realMCOE
