As I see it, the diagram of the gears seems to be suggesting that when we try to combine curriculum, leadership, and professional learning communities, then the gears won't work and the system comes to a standstill. Can we just fix the image please?

Three gears arranged too closely together that they will not actually spin. One gear is curriculum and assessment. The second gear is instructional leadership. Third gear is professional learning communities. As I see it, the diagram of the gears is unwittingly suggesting that when we try to combine curriculum leadership and professional learning communities, then there is gridlock and the gears won't work.

Today I watched humanity at its finest. High school special education classes had their annual basketball “tournament” at Buhach. The stands were filled with typical students joyfully supporting ALL the teams. Everyone danced between quarters. The kids are alright. #realMCOE
