Went to Evensong at St Paul’s yesterday (to admire stonework by my 12x great-grandfather!) then a riotous & entertaining Midsummer Night’s Dream at the Globe.
Off to Sussex today.

Remembering the 121 victims of a #V1 #flyingbomb that struck Guards Chapel in London on Sunday 18 June 1944. It was the highest number killed by a single #doodlebug in Britain. The chapel was restored in the 1950s and is now their memorial.

On the subject of #dementia patients and confusing flooring, I came across this photo from a care home. I imagine this carpet would be awful for them: are these stones? flowers? lily pads on a pond?
