Well, it was a good run, but today several yellowjackets joined me while I was eating lunch in the parish garden.
Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn't... okay, y'know what, the qualifiers aren't really necessary.
And much to my dismay, this has now been *wildly* exceeded. (My daughter works roughly halfway between that 916 and 1615. But she is being sent home today).
At the Earth to Eve concert, which I've been looking forward to for about 18 months before it was announced. Sitting on the bench like a dork because reasons.
Just a phenomenal deal on a $5 giant slightly stale decorated chocolate chip cookie from Cub.
Went to the closing cookout at Owamni. A great final meal before the move and name change. (Not pictured: the phenomenal and giant bison rib that I got on my second plate).
Muted Italian flag colors for tonight's fish dinner at St. Albert the Great, presumably in honor of Blessed Agnello of Pisa, whose feast is today.
Despite being a professional church worker, I tend to be skeptical of "signs from God." But. At our staff meeting, we discussed what the prize should be for our goldfish guessing contest. The answer we came up with was pretty blah. And then on my way back to my office, I saw this:

Thank you to everyone who supported Minneapolis school families last week. Your donations allowed us to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, potatoes, black beans, and onions for 60 families. These went out along with produce, meat, dairy, and hygiene donations from other sources.
Someone donated this to the food shelf, and never have I been more tempted to walk off with something from the bin. (I did not! I only took it out to photograph)
Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn’t Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden or Alice In Chains.
I am a big fan of the guisados at El Burrito Mercado, and I know that costs are continuing to rise... but this price seems steep to me.
I made my annual work trip to the Catholic Charities Distribution Center, which means I got lunch at El Burrito Mercado. Except I arrived early, and they were still serving breakfast. At first I was disappointed, but this breakfast was fire.
Several times tonight, I saw y'all posting about the northern lights and went outside and saw nothing. But about 20 minutes ago, they finally popped here
In the spirit of ecumenical understanding, I took the Anglican quiz thingy. I feel like I'm allowed; I've at various times spent about five years of my life associated with it in one way or another, although I was never received into it. In any case, these results seem about right.
I believe this person is holding a tablet in place with a paint can... which is perhaps not the choice that I would have made.
@visitlakestreet.bsky.social Ate tacos at the #TacoTourOnLakeStreet then worked my way through the hot sauces and won this fabulous prize
