Part 2 of the Confectionist! Here she is as the Gulf of the Star. I Spent a little longer on this than I'd liked, but It's at a state I'm content with now. Check the Alt text for transcript, and I hope you enjoy.

MANAGEMENT: SECT.A
BREACHING

-Treat her like a more forgiving, but aggressive King of Greed.

-Her oven glove in this form becomes a maw to assist in capturing prey

- Any agents she eats will receive, at minimum, a unique EGO Gift upon suppression. Anything else your agents may "Gain" is not confirmed, Do not feed her agents on purpose, Manager.

-Unlike her original, The Gulf of the Star can and will squeeze through doorways...Eventually.

Hope everyone's been beating the heat the best way they can! Wanted to draw a pic' of the Patron Librarians doing the same. I would've got this done way sooner but I got a little ambitious on accident, haha. I've added a transcript if my handwriting's a little messy or Bsky crushes the quality.

Alright! Sorry for the wait, Here's page 1 of the KoG abberation! She's very helpful for lunch breaks the same Juicetender's great for fitting through doorways :) Check the alt text for more word soup

King of Greed's Abberation! She takes the role of an extremely bubbly cook, specialising in confections and other calorie-dense servings.

Agents'll have to do work in the form of delivery runs amidst restocking her ingredients and keeping the containment room tidy when she takes long rests. She's very social though, so don't fall prey to her work ethic and amicable charm in the dreary corporation or you may face more than just docked pay!

At the end of work phases, She'll often give food that didn't get delivered to an Agent she likes if they help out, but don't mistake this as an act of charity...She's still an Abnormality much like her adjacent Magical Girls, and should be respected as such.

Doing a bit of a side-quest for doodles and I didn't realise how bright Hod actually is without shading, Malkuth's quite grey comparatively lol. Also can't figure out what to put Malk in for outfits. (WIP, might change some details in these teasers)

Gonna throw my limited knowledge in, I'm not sure about hard-shading for skintones but if I had to arm-chair professor for a moment, It's sorta just finding a pattern of your choice and using it to add details to shading. Alt text has a bit more detailed yap. Hopefully it's somet useful.

The red ball uses a Waterbrush for its texture, and has a very subtle shade in the middle of its surface to give the neutral-colour texture regardless.

the Green ball is the same but with a sparkle-brush, however it's incredibly subtle by design so if it's not visible here that's compression unfortunately.

The azure? ball uses a dithering brush, and whilst not explicitly realistic is an instance of toony textures to give some pop.

definitely worth practicing using template brushes at first, then finding your own preferred textures and creating brushes dedicated to it.

Given textures react to light, I think it needs to be selectively applied in places of interest on a drawing for either putting across feeling (Rough/smooth/fine/glittery etc) or for giving a surface some random naturalness to it. I've seen artists use glittery textures for skin and clothes, and others use a whole texture overlay to make the picture have a grainy paper-like feeling to it. So when thinking about Texture it's not limited by just traditional examples.

You can also just use texture to spruce up an otherwise flat picture like in the Dithering ball, It doesn't lend itself to realism, but just looks a bit more appealing on the eyes (atleast in my opinion) and is probably better for cartoony, flat and hard shading.

I don't do this stuff so I'm far from an expert on the subject, but if it's remotely useful that's a win in my book. If it's not what you were looking for in specific I apologise.

Say hello to this Lady of a sinful manor! She always travels with her staff in tow and, for a ghost, is dense enough to be weighed down... Down to her left is the Baroness S'more, successor to the gluttonous throne.

Management Sect.B: The Ritualist

Her breaching state. She constantly grows.

The Juicetender Ritualist, while more profitable (for the company) is harder to keep contained for one reason or another. Whilst she gets irritable with agents, she never gets tired of her Subject.

The Abnormality isn't opposed to contact as long as it's brief. It does alleviate her deepseated anxiety at the cost of an Agent potentially becoming contaminated by her ongoing experiments. Don't get in her way for too long.

Prolonged time between checkups can lead to the abnormality breaching to retrieve her subject manually, If the Subject is dead or at critical mass she will enrage upon seeing them.

Built on anxiety, the Abnormality and her subject(s) are intertwined, She must monitor her work, and her work must maintain the abnormality.

Juicetender Ritualist basics:
Psychology: -Believes she works for the Company -Cannot be distracted from work for too long! -Insistent on making a "breakthrough" -Anxious if not seeing her Blessed (Subject) Regularly -Greater interest in Agents with low morale or poor self-worth (I.E Pessimistic Fire-Eater is heightened compared to Generous Fire-Eater)

Physiology:
-Feels like Gummy candy, DO NOT Eat the Abnormality.
-Hair flows like water
-Fizzes (like soda)
-Turns Purple under stress (See Management)
-Toolbox has a seemingly infinite supply of Needles and Vials.

Additional notes: The first agent to work on her is put on a timer.
DO NOT (Attempt to contain or drink the contents of her "hair")

DIALOGUE: Management Tips: Section.A: The "Blessed".

Phase 1.A
The first agent to get a Good (work result) will be given experimental Food or drink. The time starts here.
Phase 1.B
Blessed Agents will: -Grow (in size) -Act with newfound narcissism -Start turning Purple.

Phase 2
The Subject will continue growing endlessly. Fortitude goes up, Mobility goes down.

Unlike the Original O-01-73, the Subject can still interact with the Ritualist, overtime it's all they'll be able to do. Managers must send the Subject to O-01-73(A) Regularly. Don't block halls with Blueberry Agents.

Agents can only be restorted to early Phase 2 (states) via Unique work (with O-01-73(A)). The size of Agents yields more P.E Boxes.

Bottom Right: Agent Gamma about to move into Phase 3. The E.G.O Suit prevents this at the expense of immobility, Blocking Room/Hallway entirely, and requires Five or more agents to move them.
